'Dancing with the Stars Week 4 Season 11, 2010, the Results: Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino Says Goodbye

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino was voted off 'Dancing With the Stars,' Tuesday night, and even though he wasn't a good dancer I hate to see him go. I've predicted his demise as a dancer on DWTS almost since the season started, but he held on because he really didn't want to be eliminated.

"It is what it is--at the end of the day somebody has to go home," said The Situation, although he alluded to some unfairness on the judges' part "If I made it to the fourth round, I did the best I could."

Dance partner Karina Smirnoff said there was never a dull moment with The Situation around. "Michael has a good sense of humor and he's very respectful," she said after learning they would be hanging up their dancing shoes.

Some of that humor surfaced within the last few minutes of the show as Host Tom Bergeron told The Situation, Bristol and Mark they were in danger. That's when The Situation, red shirt open to bear his chest, chose to flex his pecs, capturing the attention of Bergeron, Karina, and all of America. He wore a mischevious smile--hmm... maybe that was his way of thumbing his nose at the judges for not appreciating his efforts.

He left with grace, though. "I definitely learned a lot about myself, I went outside of my comfort zone," he said.

So Bristol and Mark, Kurt and Anya, time to bone up for week 5 of 'Dancing With the Stars.' Bristol, put more of yourself into the performance and Kurt, watch your musicality and get rid of those "frying pan" hands for Bruno's sake.
