To achieve long term weight loss success, you do not need to resort to such drastic diet measures. There are many other ways in incorporate healthy options into your diet without depriving your body of needed nutrients and experiencing side effects. Some people may be able to adjust their diet on their own while others may need some additional education or the assistance of a weight loss coach.

For individuals who are considered obsess, there are also surgical options to aid in their weight loss. These surgeries also have consequences which include the inability for your body to absorb needed minerals and vitamins. This can be caused from variances in water weight for example. The most important thing to remember is your overall weekly and monthly success. Regardless of how often you decide to weigh yourself, be sure to weigh yourself at the same time each time.
