Dark Arc: Could This Lead to a Robert Pattinson and Emma Watson Romance?

Robert Pattinson and Emma Watson May Star in a Remake of 2004 Dark Arc

Tony Payne
Reports have been coming in that Robert Pattinson and Emma Watson could be co-starring in a remake of the 2004 movie Dark Arc.

The pair played alongside each other in Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire, and the gossip columns are wondering if this might lead to things getting steamy on and off the set.

There are also rumours that the third main character in the movie could be played by Casey Affleck, who last starred in The Killer Inside Me and recently directed the movie I'm Still Here.

These reports are still at this point just conjecture however, and none of these three stars have acknowledged or denied the rumours.

Should Robert Pattinson and Emma Watson end up co-starring together, chances could be slim for them to strike up a relationship, especially since Emma Watson made derogatory remarks about him and Kristen Stewart a few days ago, saying that although the Harry Potter movies show teen romances, they don't try to sell sex like the Twilight series.

Both of these actors have been busy working on different projects lately, and Emma Watson is now also studying at University in New York. Emma's role as Hermione Granger continues with the worldwide release of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows in November, and Robert, who stars as the vampire Edward Cullen can be seen in the next episode of The Twilight Saga - Breaking Dawn Part 1 when it is released in November 2011.

@Ariadne I still think that Harry Potter tops all the others in so many ways. From the story line to the movie direction and sets, and of course the main cast, it can't be beat.

Their chemistry is fine with me. Just want to say that Harry Potter is the best among the rest and Twilight ESPECIALLY KRISTEN STEWART eats the dust!!!

Emma is absolutely right about the differences between the Harry Potter series and the Twilight series. :)

I can't pretend I care what they do with their lives, but I love Harry Potter. Pattinson will always be Cedric Diggory to me.
