Michelle Knudson
You probably think about your ex on a regular basis from day to day. You often wonder how things would of turned out if you had his babies and married him. Here are four unique signs that you're not over your ex.

You Cry Over Ex

You can not be over someone completely when you cry over him or her. You can not tell yourself that you are just depressed or sad. People often deny it that they still love him or her when it is really a case of missing something that they once had. People often miss the one thing that makes them feel secure. If talking about your ex in one therapy session can mess up the whole entire day for you then you are definitely not over the ex. Don't lie to yourself.

You Touch Yourself While Thinking About The Ex

You know that it isn't a good sign when you are think of the ex during times of certain pleasure. You should be thinking about the new lover in your life and not the ex that you once shared yourself with. Sometimes women and men hold onto old memories like it was yesterday of sex due to the way it felt with them. You are sending yourself into a downward spiral when you think about an ex while you touch yourself at times.

You Think Your New Husband is Second Best

This is the one major sign that you are not over the ex. You often compare two men at the same time. You start to hate the new man due to him not being just like the previous ex that you find yourself missing at times. You have more fond memories with the ex than you do the new husband.

You Think About Your Former Ex in Bed

You are not over the ex when you imagine him in bed with you when you are with another man. You should realize that when you imagine that your new sex partner is the old sex partner you're definitely not over your ex. Do not let anyone know that you feel this way except for a therapist since she or he can help you work through this issue alone. Don't even tell your best friend since you do not want her or him to talk to anyone about it.
