David Archuleta, David Cook and Jason Castro Will Be Top 3

Once again, I thought that David Archuleta gave a stunning performance on American Idol tonight. Every time that I see him sing, it seems like he is getting better. I think that he was born a star. He has always been a favorite of mine, along with a few others. I think that he shined tonight. David Archuleta is definitely moving ahead in this competition.

I think that he is giving David Cook a run for the money now. I think that the American Idol winner will be between David Archuleta, David Cook and Jason Castro. All three of them seem to really bring it almost every week. They are now all racing for the finish line. Being this close, I know that David Archuleta is going to sing his heart out. The others better follow.

I think that he will have a great career. I know he is young and that makes his voice even better. That boy can sing! He is very talented and I know that we will be seeing a Cd by him shortly after American Idol. David Cook and Jason Castro better step it up because you all are giving each other a lot of competition. I enjoy watching the talent every week. I think this is the most talented season this year for American Idol.

I am hoping from this year on out American Idol will have this much talent. I enjoy watching it more when the people on the show are more talented. It makes the show way better and more competitive. I did watch the other seasons also and still enjoyed it; I just like to see more competition, that's all. Who doesn't anyway? I look forward to writing about this season's winner. I am sure that I will have a lot to say then.

Cook seems arrogant because he is confident. He's got a stage presence from years of practice, something that Archuleta is still working on and his awkwardness shows in his hesitancy. Instead of it being a distraction, it tends to add ot his overall humbe effect and it works for him. Castro has a laid back presence that appeals as well. All three are really good performers. It would not bother me to see any of them win. And let's not forget Syesha Mercado. Long shot though she is, it wouln't be a bad thing if she won either.

David C. seems a little arrogant to me also. I think America really likes Jason Castro. It's a hard one this year.

I have to agree, David A. did an excellent job last night. I was afraid it'd be the same arrangement of Angels he had sung in the past, but no - he managed to mix it up and impress his current fans (who have already listened to Angels I'm sure) along with with new fans. I didn't really care for David C. last night. I admit he's talented but he comes across as a bit arrogant. He's gotten better but I guess Simon doesn't think so, calling his performance pompous.
