David Cook Gave an Outstanding Performance on American Idol Tuesday Night

This week was Mariah Carey week on American Idol. When I heard that, I was hoping that all my favorite people would still do well. I was a little worried at first but then I remembered that there is a lot of talent and uniqueness this year.

When David Cook came up to sing, I was really paying attention. He has always been one of my favorites the whole time on American Idol this year. I wasn't too worried about his performance because he always seems to make every song his own every week. He may seem a little arrogant to a lot of people but I think that is part of the rock persona. He has a lot of talent.

I think that he did exceptionally well on American Idol Tuesday night. He had actually done better than I thought he would. His voice carried very well and he made eye contact with the crowd. I think that Tuesday night's performance was one of his better ones. I was pleased with what I saw and heard. He is an amazing talent and will go far with his career. I think that he picked the right song for himself Tuesday.

I have been going back and forth between who should win and tonight, in my opinion he made a comeback. I always thought that he was good but now I think that it is back between David Cook and Jason Castro. I also enjoy David Archuletta's singing but I think that the final two will be Jason Castro and David Cook. David Cook gave an outstanding performance and is back on top of the game in my honest opinion and we will see a record deal with him in the short coming months. I look forward to hearing his CD when he comes out with it.
