David Letterman Saves His Career by Admitting to His Mistakes

It Would Have Potentially Destroyed Other People

Truth
Funny man; David Letterman saves his career by admitting to having sexual affairs with the people who work for his show.

Disaster Averted
Now, if this were anybody else; this little bit of information would have ruined their career but, since it's a comedian, we're more forgiving. By admitting to making a mistake before someone blackmailed him, he averted disaster.

It's All Relative
We can all identify with each other as fellow human beings. We can all relate to each other as having human desires which are sometimes of a sexual nature. Although some of us are more able to control these desires than others, we still all have them at times.

He's A Human Being
David Letterman, being the celebrity that he is; can at least come out to everybody on his own show and admit that he made a mistake. This act alone, takes guts. David Letterman has proved to everyone on the planet that he is an honorable man, who makes mistakes just like every other human being on the planet. Kudos to you Dave, and keep America laughing.

I am sick of David Letterman. He is 100% phoney and conceited. To have the nerve to say what he has said about Sarah Palin while cheating on his wife and abusing his power with employees is just what phoney people do. I couldn't be happier that the old saying finally got him - "What goes around, comes around!" Good Luck, David. You're going to need it in the months ahead. Oh, and thanks for making your sexual escapades at work into a joke; it really highlighted just how unfunny you're not.

Confession always seems like a good thing. It is not the same, however, as not having done the deed. Guess I'd have made a lousy priest.

It's something how comedians and presidents, while both famous, received different reactions from the general public about their affairs.
