David Schwimmer and 3 Child Actors Walk the Red Carpet for "Trust" on October 18, 2010

David Schwimmer was born in 1966 and was married in June of this year to Zoe Buckman. He was born in New York, but his family moved to Los Angeles when he was two. He began performing in plays at Beverly Hills High School and graduated from Northwestern University in 1988 with a BA degree in theater and speech. Schwimmer is a co-founder of the Lookingglass Theatre Company, and the play "Trust" was originally performed there with the child actors who walked the red carpet for the first time on October 18th performing their roles onstage, as well as in the film.
Schwimmer's television work aside from "Friends," includes the TV movie "A Deadly Silence" (1989), "L.A. Law," The Wonder Years,""NYPD Blue," "Monty," and movie roles in "The Pallbearer"(1996), "Kissing A Fool" (1998), "Six Days Seven Nights" (1998), "Apt Pupil" (2000), "Picking Up the Pieces" (2000) and the mini-series "Band of Brothers" (2001) as Herbert Sobel. He also played the lead character in the 2005 drama "Duane Hopwood" in 2005, "Madagascar" in 2005, "Big Nothing" in 2006, "Nothing But the Truth" in 2008, "Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa " in 2008 and his London stage debut in "Some Girls" in 2005. He made his Broadway stage debut in "The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial" in 2006. Schwimmer directed the film "Run, Fatboy, Run" with Simon Pegg in 2007 and directed the Off-Broadway production "Fault Lines" in 2008.
Also appearing on the Red Carpet with Schwimmer were Spencer Curnutt, a student at Roosevelt University, who plays Anna's brother (Peter) in the film, Zoe Levin who plays Brittany, Anna's best friend who "narcs on her" to the school authorities in reporting her best friend's rape, and Aislynn, the child actress who plays Anna's younger sister in the film.
