Dawn's Love

Heartache of Morning

Angel Writer
The morning has come

Memories of the night

Fade with the light

I reach out for you

Somehow like the darkness

You are gone

I call your name

Like an endless echo's dream

Only to find you a ghost

With the dawn; I am alone

Were you here with me?

Was it only I who believed?

I thought you felt it too

Only to have you fade away

From what could be

Very nice work. If this poem is from the heart and It certainly appears to be. It tells me you're missing something in your life and your subconscious is searching inside for that something and you may not even know you're searching, but you are. Very well done. I love things from the heart. Keep up the nice work!
