My family stayed at the Days Inn when we were moving to Fort Campbell. The hotel is very clean and has a small pool outside that is great in the summer time. The pool is not heated or covered, so don't plan on swimming if it is raining or cold outside. The rooms are typical of the Days Inn chain, you can get your basic one bedroom room for a quick one night stay, or your family can stay in a room with two beds and pull out bed in the couch and full mini kitchen. This includes the sink, microwave and refrigerator.
Some important hotel information:
Check In Time - 1 PM
Check Out Time - 11 AM
Breakfast- just the basics: toast, bagels, cereal other misc items
Parking- plenty of parking
Pool- small outside
Minimum check-in age 18
No pets
Room rates start at $54.00

The hotel is great for military families because it is so close to post. It is only about five minutes to gate 4. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Fort Campbell/Oak Grove area.
