Deadliest Warrior: IRA Vs Taliban

As you probably have noticed by now the Deadliest Warrior on Spike TV has picked up on steam and is becoming a huge hit with the young male audience. The newest episode gives us IRA vs Taliban and it will be interesting to say the least. This show is gonna be pretty controversial as it features groups known to use terrorist tactics. I'm wondering who they are gonna have as the representatives from each faction given the history and legal ramifications to anyone possibly associated with these organizations.

The Deadliest Warrior: IRA vs Taliban is no doubt gonna use the squad format like they used in the Green Berets vs Spetsnaz matchup a few weeks ago. With that in mind the power of the weapons is not only gonna be important but the speed and power to take out multiple targets is gonna be a key in the battle. The difference could come down to a single weapon.

One thing that I find very interesting about the Deadliest Warrior: IRA vs Taliban is that both factions primarily used Guerrilla warfare to fight against larger forces. How are they gonna make that work in the simulator? If both sides are gonna want to wait and try to ambush the enemy then how does that work? I'm sure they will have the answers and somehow make it work on the final simulation.

When the crew sits down to discuss the weapons on the Deadliest Warrior: IRA vs Taliban they will probably find out that for the most part they are close to the same. Both sides will have some form of RPG (Rocket Propelled Grenade) that will cause some serious damage. The IRA will likely use the AR-18 as their primary weapon on the show. The Taliban will probably use the AK-47 or some variation of the rifle. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that this episode of the Deadliest Warrior will be decided and won by the side that has the best special weapon.

It's gonna be real interesting to see if they go into some of the tactics used by either side that are of questionable content. I mean are they gonna talk about suicide bombings by the Taliban and other things of that nature. As I mentioned earlier the Deadliest Warrior: IRA vs Taliban is a touchy subject for obvious reasons so they are gonna have to be very careful in discussing these groups. I expect it to be very interesting to see what happens when it comes on this Sunday which is the new day for the series. Enjoy the show and expect more future articles to come about the series.
