Focus and concentrate on working hard in school. You may not see many benefits now, but you will see later in your life when it's all successful and full of prides. Don't let your friends affect you and make you go off the right way. You can have a really bright future for just some hard work and focusing now!
Follow the rules and be a good student. Never be absent unless you have a good reason, be always on time, be friendly, always do your homework, don't talk in class except when your teacher talks to you, etc. Always keep on a smile and make sure you are nice and friendly to everyone. This will make a good reputation of you around and you will gain lots of friends.
Make a steady schedule for studies and school. This will organize your time and you will have your days and events all planned and set. Take down notes during class when the teacher is explaining. This helps while studying set the information in your head and you can keep it for later studies.
Get your share of rest and relaxation. This is very important so that you don't stress yourself out. Once you get back from school, have fun around a little. Hang out with friends if you can or even speak to them on phone. Enjoy a nice dinner with your family and give yourself a treat by having some nice ice cream or a piece of a cake.
Try to balance your marks and results. If you are good in one subject, for example, try to get the best marks in it to balance out the not-so-good marks you get in another one. This will help a lot when studying and you won't feel that much stress when worrying about your exams' results.
When you are weak in one subject, you get bored of it quickly. If you are not good at some subjects, do your best to improve. As you get better, you will get more excited and proud.
We all make mistakes, but we should learn from them. If you fall in trouble, admit it, apologize and promise not to do it again, meaning it. This will show respect for yourself and your teachers.
School is boring because we make it seem so. But we can change that easily if we spend some effort doing that. Set a goal, work hard for it and then get the benefits!
