Demand results. Many passive aggressive personalities tend to slack on duties and never complete a project before continuing on to the next one. Continuously demanding results is the only way to deal with passive aggressive people.

Don't play mind games. When dealing with passive aggressive behavior you must keep your mind clear because they tend to manipulate your into doing what they want you to do.

Avoid unnecessary confrontation. Any confrontation that is not necessary can cause an adverse reaction by the passive aggressive.
When you learn how to deal with passive aggressive individuals, you will find that your life as well as any association with them is much easier. Allow them to be their self but don't allow them to affect you and your feelings the way they want to.
