Dear Daddy

Stephanie Michael
Dear Daddy,

For as long as I remember you have lived on the other side of the country and yet I have always felt your love and I have always felt your presence in my life. I want you to know that I love you and that I wouldn't be the person I am today without you.

You've taught me how to be a good person, how to be happy in my day to day life, and how to be a lady. You've shown me that it's never too late to start over and that sometimes starting over is the best thing to do. You taught me that there is a certain kind of satisfaction you can only get from making goals and than reaching for them.

You taught me that it's important to have love in a family and that working together is possible and important. You taught me patience, or the need for patience, even when there are 6 girls and only 1 shower in the house. You have believed in me when I didn't believe in myself and you have helped me throughout my life whenever I needed it, even if I didn't expect it. You have shown me that I'm stronger than I think and that anything is possible as long as I keep trying and never give up.

When I look back onto my happy memories most of them were made with you and I realize now just how much you did to make the summers as memorable as possible. Well Daddy, I want you to know it worked I will forever remember the trips to the ice cream parlors, week-long beach vacations, Dorney Park, bike rides to the pool, and so many other things we did.

Even now you are still there for me, teaching me, guiding me, and making me smile when I need it the most. I love you daddy and I hope you know just how much you mean to me. Happy Father's Day!

Love, Stephie XoxOxOXoxoOXOoxo

I'm going to teach all over the world. I want to experience the things that other people just dream about. I want to see the wonders of man and of nature. I will learn something new everyday. I'll do it all...  View profile
