Death

Death is the one thing in life that is for sure
It will happen to everyone and there's no cure
We all deal with death in different ways
Some of us can't let go living with pain everyday
Others carry themselves through changes; Asking why?
The facts, we're born and then we shall die
The understanding of life and death is beyond the mind's reach
God holds the key and some answers will never be for you or me
It's understandable, the hurt that make us cry
Becoming so difficult just saying good-bye
Sometimes death comes at the beginning of life, leaving us lost for words
Especially when a baby's life is suddenly disturbed
Some of us will live long years, but no matter young or old, death brings tears
It's an experience that takes on many forms
Eating at some us, doing the mind seriously harm
With faith and the belief in God, your pain will ease, Jesus will cradle your heart
Death will always be a mystery, often taking us by surprise
Neither you nor I can see what's in God's eyes
Joyful is death; tearful is life
Think of Jesus, the one that made the sacrifice
The spirits will come in and they will go out
Trust in the Lord, for fear of death is to live in doubt
