Description: Thus far, Deathblaze has only been observed in his "super" identity. This is a skeleton of pure ebony coloration engulfed in a crackling field of electricity. It seems obvious he is not always in such a form, or he would be far more conspicuous.
Powers: Deathblaze is an energy projector of moderate power. His main strength lies in his relative invulnerability to physical and energy attacks due to his projection of a powerful energy field. On top of this ability he is evidently able to absorb energy with ease and uses the power so gained to increase his strength to nearly majestic levels. His stamina is legendary and he is one of the relatively few Supers known to travel in space with impunity. While able to fly his speed is comparatively unremarkable and thus far his off planet trips have been limited to occasional journeys to the moon.
Background: Very little is known of the Super known as Deathblaze prior to his appearance among the Superiox in 2006. It is assumed he has some alternate identity than his "blazing death" form, but thus far the appearance of his alternate form is unknown. From various comments dropped during his various confrontations with members of Unity it would seem his origins lie in London and that he is in his late teens/early twenties.
Deathblaze is a classic example of the type of young rebel so easily inducted into Superiox by its aura of anarchy and exaggerated sense of self worth. Appearing regularly with the European Superiox group known as the "Killer Wankers" Deathblaze has involved himself in a number of criminal endeavors ranging from vandalism to acts of terrorism. To date, his most famous crime was when he traveled to the moon in the company of other members of his group to vandalize the UN base located there and to write the words "Killer Wankers kick your arse!" on the face of the moon. This latter action backfired, however, for due to a lack of basic astronomical knowledge, Deathblaze wrote this message too small to be read from earth and he wrote it upside down as well.
Another notable occurrence was when he and his fellow "Killer Wankers" took it upon themselves to make the Eifel Tower more presentable. While his compatriots defaced the tower with graffiti and placed several cars and trucks with its infrastructure to make it more "decorative", (several of them with passengers still inside), Deathblaze amused himself by electrifying large portions of the structure and injuring several dozen civilians thereby.
