Deceased Relative Voting in November? Makes Two of Us

I See Dead Men Voting

Lori Lane
I see dead men voting! It's chilling, a roll thriller or poll killer. I breezed by recent news on dead people still registered as voters. First thing that came to mind was Black Sheep, the movie. Second, my father.

My dad has been dead for over a year. He hasn't been in any condition to vote in two years prior to his death. But when I grew curious I checked it out online. Google your state and the words "voter registry" to connect. I was surprised that he was still a registered voter.

County government website states:

"The Board of Elections removes voters listed on an official list of deceased persons sent by the state each month."

Someone is not doing their job. It's going on the sixteenth month since he died. That's sixteen times a state employee failed to send his deceased information to the State Board of Elections - 16.

As Americans that may or may not support President Barack Obama there's something we all should know. I'm not speaking of Acorn whereas through various states, including my own, duplicate names and non existing people ended up registering to vote or the fact that Acorn supported Barack Obama in the process. You may want to watch this outstanding voter's fraud video as reported by CBS and the support video (both found on Youtube) in order to grasp the reality of Acorn and their support for Obama in full. Moving on.

I'm not talking about the recent report where $18 million worth in stimulus funds were sent to dead people. Post clergical error, out of 55,000 payments sent, only 41,000 came back. As reported by Politico on Oct. 7th the information streamed straight from Social Security Administration's inspector general. Moving on.

I'm talking about my dead father, the registered voter. Why is he still on the roll?

Section 8 of Motor Voter law requires states to remove the dead, felons, and other ineligible people from the voter rolls. The U.S. Justice of the Department of Justice has the power to enforce such a degree if states are not doing their job in removing the dead from voter lists. But as America is now finding out, even in the last election felons were able to slide in their votes.

According to Fox News, in a J. Christian Adams interview, Adams isn't working for the Democrats or Republicans, even though he is a conservative. He makes valid points as an unselfish whistleblower.

On about November of 2009 Julie Fernandez Department Assistance Attorney General in the Department of Justice held a meeting where more than 40 witnessed Fernandez issue a mandate that the law in Section 8 will not be enforced because it didn't bring a good voting turn out. The DOJ also tossed out cases risen by the Bush administration and turned people away when claims were made according to Adams. Getting to the punch, the DOJ is acting above the law when it comes to the polls. The downslide, it's illegal.

Sure, one can say that these claims are just that. However, Adams isn't the only person wondering what's going on in each state.

We have an election coming up. The groups that fight to snag as many voters cards have only one agenda - get names! They will do it at any cost, even adding dead people, felons, duplicates, and even false names. We can't, as Americans, allow this to continue. So, what are we going to do?

Check your dead relatives online to see if they are registered. Make sure they are off that voter roll. Bring your case as far as it needs to go until their name is removed. Last thing you want to happen is your dead relative "pulling" for the "other" guy. Keep a stronghold on the Board of Elections when it comes to this cause. Do what you can to assist in breaking this "dead" chain.

As for me, I am contacting the Board of Elections tomorrow and then going over their head for answers. After finding out a dead relative still remains on the voters poll would be the time you ask yourself, "do I really believe my loved one was the only potential dead vote?"

If it wasn't for the departed voting, there would have been some election upsets ...

I should have said, the Republicans don't deserve to win either. But that leaves no choice. I think we are all in deep trouble.

The Dems have to pull out the big guns in order to win.

Better slip a word between my last comment "word out BEFORE he fixes these votes" (makes better sense)

Definitely not surprised at voting fraud. But you rarely ever think someone as close as a mother, father, sister or brother, son or daughter would be on that list either. Well, Obama is sucking me dry so I'm getting the word out he fixes these votes and takes the rest.

I agree with Michele. However, being on a voter's list is one thing, a deal guy still gettting social secruity money is taking money out of my pocket

This doesn't surprise me Lori, even Social Security doesn't clean up their files. Amazingly, these gov't folks get away with sloppy recording - and we wonder why things are so screwed up! cheers
