Post a CommentThanks. This is the first award I've ever received. I've written 700 nutrition articles online so far at other sites without acclaim or much notice, 117 so far on this site, and 91 how-to books and novels, rarely read and nearly never publicized. And until now I've been invisible as a home-based rather frail senior citizen, underpaid and unknown as a penniless published writer. Wish me success, as they say, life begins at...(fill in the age). Suddenly, granny's advice, "You'll starve with that masters degree in English," seems unreal. Or "You should have gone to medical school," seems unnecessary after 70. So I finally received my first award. Hooray...I'm going to celebrate....Bless you all. I've finally got positive recognition. So writing all those novels made sense...Thanks everyone. It's deeply appreciated and valued.
