Are you looking for ways to decorate the walls or maybe just one walls of your wedding reception hall? You may want to simple add this simple and budget friendly decor on the wall right behind your wedding party table to give the guests a little more to look at and make it look a little fancier. Follow these steps to decorate a wall or all of the walls in your wedding reception hall.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED:

First you will need white tulle. Then you will need white ribbon and white and colored balloons. The colored balloons should match your wedding colors or go with your wedding colors well. You will also need some packaging tape to make sure that everything sticks to the walls very well. Finally, you will need a helium tank to fill the balloons with.

DECORATE THE WALLS:

First you need to inflate your balloons with the helium. Use 3 or 4 white balloons per boquet and the same number of colored balloons. (Make sure not to blow the balloons until the day of the wedding reception or they will all fall over night.)

Next, tie the white ribbons to the balloons. The ribbons should be cut about 3 or 4 feet long. Once you have 6 or 8 of the balloons blown up and tied with ribbons, tie the ribbons together, so that the boquet stays together. Next, tape the boquet of balloons to the wall, wherever you want them displayed, tape them by the ribbons just above the knot that is holding the boquet together.

Finally, you need to cut your tulle into 4 or 5 foot long pieces. Then gather the tulle at the top about 4 or 5 inches down from the top and tie it together with tulle. Where the tulle is tied together, tape it onto the wall over the same place where you taped the balloons onto the wall, so that it looks like the balloons are sprouting up out of the tulle. It's a balloon tulle boquet! Repeat this process to hang as many boquets on the walls as you need.
