There are a lot of great ideas for decorating your home or office for Cinco de Mayo. You can purchase all sorts of decorations and even make some of your own if you're the creative type. Some simple ideas for things to make would be to first hit your local craft store or wherever you can find colored tissue paper and pipe cleaners. There are so many things you can do with tissue paper.

One idea is to take roughly 8" x 8" squares of tissue paper, at least 6-8 layers or more, in the same colors or multiple colors. You're going to fold the layers all-together like a fan in about 1/2"-1" layers.
