Decrease Eye Puffiness with Avocado Oil

Women today are spending thousands of dollars a year on chemically made creams and ointments to beautify the skin. Some of these skin care products, the expensive ones, actually works. The disadvantage to using these products far outweigh it's benefits. They are costly, skin care products can cost hundreds of dollars. They are chemically made, anything chemically made and used on or in the body increases your risk for cancer.

Avocado oil has been used for centuries for skin care. It provides numerous skin care benefits for a fraction of the cost. I have used several natural skin care products but avocado oil is, by far, the best. Researchers found that avocado oil is the most penetrating oil used. Because of this, it acts as a boat to transfer vitamins deep into the skin.

Avocado oil is a great source for vitamins B, C, and E. The vitamin C compartment causes it to be a anti inflammatory and skin lightener, thus, working wonders on dark eye circles and eye puffiness. For years, I struggled with puffy eyes. I tried all the expensive creams but nothing really worked, most of the creams gave me puffy eyes with a rash. A couple of years ago, I visited a heath store and was told to try avocado. I was skeptical but bought one avocado and used it on my face. Not only did the puffiness in my eyes diminish but my skin was noticeably softer. The vitamin E acts as an antioxidant which protects the skin from free radicals. Free radicals causes the skin to age. This is why avocado oil acts like the fountain of youth to your skin. Vitamin B benefits cardiovascular health, which in turn, increases blood flow. Increased blood flow, in the body, leads to glowing skin.

Because it's light and penetrating, it's an excellent hair care product. The nutrients benefits hair growth, hair thinning, dry hair, and dandruff. It has a natural sunscreen, which protects the hair from sun damage. We all know washing hair strips away a large amount of it's natural oils, which leaves hair dry and dull, causing easy breakage. Avocado oil gives hair back it's nourishment's. Vitamin A, D, E, B6, magnesium, copper, iron, amino acid, and folic acid, are all contained in avocado. These are all the nutrients needed for hair and skin health, for a fraction of the cost.

Instead of using a skin product that could possibly hurt you, try using natural avocado oil. Let's not let the big cooperations fool us into believing that only expensive products work. This fruit, as with any natural ingredients, will help keep you healthy and looking beautiful.

You can purchase avocado oil in just about any grocery store, ranging from $8-$15. It's an oil; it will last a long time. If your like me and prefer fresh fruit, buy it fresh. After showering at night, slice a small piece and rub the oil on your face. You will notice the difference in one use.
