The state of Delaware is home to around five public universities, five private universities, and several community colleges. One of the state's top community colleges is Delaware Technical & Community College. More than 20,000 students attend Delaware Technical & Community College, with hundreds enrolled in the school's technical programs. Delaware County Community College offers degrees in architectural technology, automotive technology, construction management technology, facility management technology, CAD (computer-aided drafting), information technology and systems technology. Students may also earn a technical degree in machine tools technology, mechanical technology, nanofabrication manufacturing technology, power utility technology, or surgical technology.
