1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 cup peas, frozen
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen carrots
2.5 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 cans refrigerated biscuits

Noodles
Combine flour, salt, milk, eggs and butter. Knead ingredients together to make a dough ball. Roll out to between 1/4 and 1/8 of an inch. Using a sharp knife, cut into 1-inch by 1-inch squares. Let dry until a pot of water is boiling. Cook until still slightly raw. They will finish cooking in the casserole.2
Chicken
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. In a medium pan cook until juices run clear. If the chicken is still a little pink, that is okay. It will finish cooking in the casserole.3
Mix It Up
In a large bowl add cream of chicken soup, broth, corn, carrots and peas. Stir together. Add cooked chicken and noodles. Stir into soup mixture. Pour into a deep 9 x 13 pan or a large casserole dish.4
Bake
Cover dish with lid or foil. Cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Pull out of the oven and cover with biscuits. Return to oven and cook until biscuits are golden brown on top. Let set 10 minutes before serving.- Heart Attack Sandwich
