We should prepare the sauce first and then the pasta.
The ingredients for the sauce
½ cup canola oil 130 ml
5 Garlic cloves
1 onion
Mincemeat 300 grams
Tablespoon full of soya sauce
10 leaves of fresh parsley
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
3 glasses of water
Pour the canola oil into a pot and heat it up for 5 minutes. Meanwhile chop the onion, parsley leaves and garlic cloves into very small pieces and put them into the pot. Let them cook till the onions get a little bit darker and softer. Then put the mincemeat and soy sauce into the pot. Smash the mincemeat about 2 minutes, and after that stir it up for a few minutes. The mincemeat should be cooked very well. After mincemeat is cooked, put the tomato paste and water into the pan and stir it up very well. Let it boil for about 20 minutes. Please don't forget to put the pot cover. It is time to cook the pasta.
The ingredients for the pasta
1 pack of pasta preferably conchiglie or gnochetti
1 table spoon of butter
1 bouillon cube
Pinch of salt
Parmesan cheese
We take another pot and fill the pot half full with water and put it on the oven to boil. As it starts boiling, put the butter, bouillon cube and pinch of salt in the pot and stir it up till all ingredients dissolve in the water. Let it boil for few more minutes and after that, put the pasta in the pot too and stir it up for a minute. The pasta will be ready in 6 or 8 minutes. Strain the pasta and then put the pasta on a plate. You can put the sauce on pasta as much as you want. After that put some Parmesan cheese on the sauce and the pasta is ready. Enjoy it!
