Delicious Poker Party Food Ideas

Non-Greasy Finger Food

I know that finding perfect party food is hard. It's even harder when it can't be messy because you are dealing with cards for poker night. Nothing is worse than accidentally marking the cards with marinara or meatball grease.

This recipe is great for any get together, but it isn't greasy or messy in any way. You don't have to worry about the cards or your carpet when dealing with the people eating. You will need to make the topping the night or morning before.

Cocktail Rye Pizzas

1 package cocktail rye bread (may require more)
1-2cup package cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 lb package bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 small onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 to 1/2 cup mayo or Miracle Whip

Mix cheese, bacon, onion, Worcestershire and mayo in medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Spread thinly over individual pieces of rye bread and bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

You can make these in batches of six at a time in a toaster oven or two dozen on a cookie sheet in the oven. Either way, they are delicious and make perfect food for the poker buddies.
