It's a really easy recipe, that doesn't require much ability in the kitchen, so why not to try it yourself too?
Let's start with the ingredients:
-Potatoes. If the're big, one per person. If they're small, two per person.
-Olive oil.
-Butter.
-Salt.
-Pepper.
-Nori powder. If you can't buy this where you live, you can replace it with parsley.
First of all, put the potatoes in a pot, fill the pot with water until the potatoes are completely covered by it and add some salt. I usually let them boil for 15 minutes, but if you like them softer you can boil them a little more.
When they're prepared, put them into an oven tray previously greased with butter. Smash the top of the potatoes -I use a fork for this-, and then spread on them some salt, pepper, nori powder and for the final touch some olive oil.
Bake them into the oven at 230 Celsius degrees for 15 minutes approximately. When they're gold and the skin hanging from the smashed part has turned dark, they're done!
This is as easy to prepare as delicious to eat.
Remember to be careful when you take the potatoes out of the oven so you won't burn yourself, and enjoy your home made cooking.
