Take 1 cup of vermicelli, Cashew nuts and raisins - handful
Water 3/4cup
Sugar -One cup
Saffron - a pinch
One cup Milk
Cardamom - two or three pods

Preparation
Heat the Ghee and fry the Vermicelli till light brown.
Boil water. Add vermicelli to the boiled water and cover it. Keep stirring occasionally
Once the vermicelli is soft, add sugar and stir Put saffron in the milk and mix it, add the milk with saffron to the vermicelli Powder cardamom and and add it to the mixture
Fry cashew nut and raisins in ghee and add these. Mix well and boil for about two or tree minutes
The snack is ready and can be served hot or cold.
