Democrat Judiciary Committee in Cahoots with AG Holder Lets Justice Dept Cover-up Black Panther Voter Intimidation

The Democrat Judiciary Committee in the House, in cahoots with AG Holder, is letting the Justice Dept. cover-up a Black Panther voter intimidation case from 2008. This scandal goes back to slightly more than a year ago to Nov. 4, 2008, when Americans purchased a lemon and misguidedly elected Barack Obama as POTUS. The actual case of election-day, voter intimidation relates to the now-infamous video of a Black Panther member menacingly carrying a nightstick or other type of large baton and threateningly displaying it in front of a voting place so that every voter entering could see that ostensible act of intimidation. Now, more than a year later, justice is being miscarried by Obama's attorney general Holder, and the mainstream, liberal media is, predictably, concealing it like everything's hunky dory!

What makes this cover-up between the Democrats in Congress and AG Holder so agonizing is the fact that there's loads of evidence to go ahead and have the government successfully win a voter intimidation case against the Black Panthers, yet Obama, Holder and the House Democrats have done everything to actually-get this-snatch defeat from the jaws of victory! Not only is there the infamous video that undoubtedly shows voter intimidation, but the Dept. of Justice filed charges against said Black Panthers originally in January 2009 (when it was still under the Bush Administration), and the Black Panthers charged never answered the charges. In legal terms, an admission of guilt!

So not only has the Obama Justice Dept. mysteriously ended an easily winnable case of voter intimidation, but-in a case of naked tyranny-they have refused to explain themselves as to why! This is unpardonable! This is unheard of that a Justice Dept. ends a winnable case and then has the tyrannical hubris to additionally refuse to explain themselves to the very people it ought to be serving! Only in America 2009 and beyond, under the Obama Administration. Am I right, or am I right?!

As if this tyrannical misbehavior by the Justice Dept. wasn't bad enough, the House Democrats on the Judiciary Committee aggressively come in now and really obstruct any further expose or investigation into why Holder is behaving so corruptly by withdrawing charges and refusing to prosecute an easily winnable case of voter intimidation. On a party line vote, 15 Democrats outvoted 14 Republicans who wanted Holder and the Justice Dept. to turn over what their investigation into the voter intimidation complaint had turned up. This was without a doubt to ascertain whether Holder was properly doing his job or not and why he's been continually refusing to even give a reason of any kind as to why.

The Democrats-yes, good people, the same party of Marxists and socialists who've so far brought you increased terror attacks/attempts and socialization of large parts of the US economy-gave a pathetic cop-out as to why they voted against disclosure. Ready for it? They psychotically claimed that the Black Panther case was "isolated," but in reality, there had been a monstrous uptick of voter intimidation cases in 2008 from 3 to 48, a sixteen-fold increase!

Sharp readers will draw a tie between the Holder mischief of refusing to go ahead with the winnable case and explaining himself to the fact that he's a liberal ideologue who is out to commit racial discrimination against whites. In all honesty, Holder's Justice Dept. has an inglorious track record in the short year its been in power of pursuing cases if the apparent victim of discrimination is a minority, but not so much if the victim is white. This is blatantly reverse discrimination as every racial group-whites included-ought to be equally protected from discrimination.
