Denise Richards: Testifying Against Charlie?
Charlie Sheen's Ex-Wife is on the Prosecutors Witness List
As if he needed any more bad news, Charlie Sheen may have just lost his hopes of avoiding jail time for attacking his wife Brooke Mueller, as his ex-wife Denise Richards is on the Prosecutor's witness list for his upcoming trial.
According to a report, the "Wild Things" actress may be called to testify against Sheen, given that she also complained of domestic abuse while they were married.
Back in 2005, Denise obtained a restraining order against Charlie, claiming he "pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders."
If Ms. Richards takes the stand, things will go from bad to worse for Sheen. The "Two and a Half Men" actor is currently undergoing rehab for alcohol and cocaine abuse.
