The Denver Art Museum's new addition, designed by architect Daniel Libeskind, has been seen as innovative but not necessarily practical and received mixed reviews from the public. His new plans for the Civic Center are "strongly contested," according to Denver 8, and the possible move of the Colorado History Museum from the area is also raising concern.
