Colorado is a very popular tourist destination with lots of fun things to do and see. Most people come to Colorado for the cold, but there is one unexpected popular destination if you are looking to enjoy something hot in Denver Colorado. Casa Bonita serves sizzling hot Mexican food in Denver. Casa Bonita is a Mexican restaurant mixed between a Chuckie Cheese and a resort hotel in Hawaii. You might say Casa Bonita is the Disneyland of Mexican restaurants. Anyone that has been to a Rain Forest Cafe will have some idea of what Casa Bonita is like. Unlike Rain Forest Cafe which offers guests a mix of foods Casa Bonita only serves Mexican food and has kids games.
Casa Bonita is located at 6715 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, Colorado. There used to be many other Casa Bonita restaurants but almost all have closed down. The only other Casa Bonita that remains is in Oklahoma. If you can only go to one Casa Bonita though this is the one to go to.

The Denver Casa Bonita offers everything that the Tulsa location offers and more. In Denver there is a 30 foot waterfall where you can see cliff divers at various times of the day. Casa Bonita has strolling mariachis. There is a puppet theater and a magic theater to entertain the kids. There is also a arcade with a very large selection of skee-ball games. They even have their own haunted cave called Black Bart's Cave.

The atmosphere is a big part of what people come to Casa Bonita for. The inside looks similar to a Rain Forest Cafe but has no animatronic animals. While the atmosphere may be one big reason to come the food is another great reason to visit Casa Bonita.

The food at Casa Bonita is all you can eat. Casa Bonita features popular beef or chicken plates. One very popular food here is the sopapillas which are a Mexican fried bread that they serve with honey and come with every meal.

If after a chilly day on the slopes you can stop in Casa Bonita to fill up and get warm. If you have the chance Casa Bonita is a not to be missed attraction.
