Service:
The service is pretty good, especially the super-friendly bartender. Your orders are taken fast, and food is brought to you even faster. The staff is extremely friendly, but not fawning or annoying at all.

Drinks are refilled promptly, as well.

Food & Menu:
Strings is the place to go if you're looking for creative and delicious new American cuisine.

From eloquently unique beet salads with fish and fancy cheeses, to upscale burgers and blackened salmon salad, the food here is definitely an exquisite experience.

Most of the stuff on the menu sounds very foreign, words I have never heard of-let alone do I know what they are. Mizuna, Gelee, Pappardelle, Cavatappi, Chayote, Orechiette, Tendrils? But I assure you that everything I have tried from Strings is as delicious as you could imagine.

Specialties and My Favorites:

One of the most popular meals at this restaurant is the Cashew Crusted Sea Bass. It is accompanied by some delightful saffron-infused cous cous, and a vanilla bean cream that'll send your taste buds flying. I have one friend in particular who orders this every time he dines at Strings.

I would never try this, for I am not gutsy enough, but the Calf's Liver is also very popular. The whipped potatoes and bacon that come with it are mouth-watering, and the caramelized onion demi-glace is divine.

But my very favorite dish from Strings is the Pork Loin Stir-fry. The pork is grilled perfectly, nice and juicy. Not dry like you'd think. Accompanied with sweet jasmine rice, summer veggies and a miso sesame sauce, I could eat this a few times a week and never get tired of it!

I give Strings Restaurant in Denver 5 stars. It's amazing. A must-go!
