This is a full service RV Park meaning that it has water, sewer and electric service. The electric service is 20/30 or 50 amp and the RV sites are 20' x 40' which can accommodate even the larger of the RVs. A few of the RV sites are shaded and there are at least 14 tv channel with only an antenna. On the property there is a laundry facility, ice machine, restrooms and showers as well as a barbeque area and a recreation room with a pool table. For those who are staying long term there is phone and cable available.
Denver Meadows RV Park is open year round and welcomes pets with the exception of Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers and Pit Bulldogs. Dogs staying here must be kept on a leash while they are outside their RV.
The rate for staying at Denver Meadows RV Park varies according to the amount of time the RV will be occupying the space. For daily stays the rate is $35 plus tax while weekly rates are $220 plus tax. There is also a monthly rate and all rates are for 2 children under 7 and 2 adults.
There are only a few rules that guests to Denver Meadows RV Park should be aware of. First of all you can not wash your vehicles in the RV Park and you can not have a campfire. Also, there is a curfew and quiet time of 10pm until 7am. Check out time is 12 noon, if you are planning on staying later, let the office know ahead of time.

Denver Meadows RV Park is located within a few miles of groceries, fast food and shopping. For groceries, Mission Foods is only a little over a mile away on 35th Place, Whole Foods Market is a little over a mile and away on 32nd Avenue and Albertson's is a little less than 2 miles away on 6th Avenue. For fast food there is a Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonald's and Taco Bell less than a mile away on East Colfax Avenue while Dairy Queen and Sonic are a little farther down East Colfax Avenue. If you need to go shopping, Kmart and Family Dollar are only about a mile away on East Colfax Avenue and Dollar Tree is 2 miles away on 6th Avenue while Walmart is about 3 miles away on East Exposition Avenue and the Aurora Mall is nearly 3 miles away on East Alameda Avenue.
