Post a CommentWe were somewhat disappointed in the Depot Inn and Suites because the room was so noisy. It is very close to the highway and conversations from the hallway are clearly heard, due to shoddy construction. However, when we asked to be moved to a quieter room, the front desk attendant coldly offered to refund our money, and invited us to leave if we didn't like it. How kind of her. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, consisting of some packs of powdered donuts and boxes of cereal. Also, there was no nightstand on one side of the king bed, probably because the room was too small to accommodate any more furniture. The rates were high for that type of accommodation in that part of the country.
Thanks for the informative article. There are a few typographical errors, however, that I think I should point out.
La Plata is spelled as two words, not one. (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Plata,_Missouri)
Also, in the blue summary box, the word neighborhood is misspelled.
