Calcium is broken down by Magnesium. This is a chemical fact, so make sure you are getting plenty of Magnesium in both pill form and in natural foods. If it helps, dark chocolate is said to have a lot of Magnesium, so you might try investing in some of that! It is important, however, to do the next step.
Replenish your daily source of Calcium. Your deposits are sucking some of the Calcium away from your needs, so make you get plenty of that. Also, just because your body is breaking down the deposits does NOT mean that it is using the broken down Calcium. Often, that Calcium is tainted, or toxic, with some other toxin or chemical and the fact that it has been sitting next to diseased tissue for some time does not help. Be sure you understand that just because you have calcium deposits, you still may not be getting enough Calcium. Drink up your orange juice and raw, fresh milk!
Take some Zymactive. Zymactive is a natural, anti-inflammatory enzyme which you can buy at just about any health food store. You can't overdose on it, but only take a little in the beginning to make sure you are not allergic to it. Then you can take as much as you want. It naturally eats up inflammation and leaves your tissues feeling cool and disease-free, which is a great feeling!
Get multiple massages a week. Not on your calcium deposits unless that feels good to you. This is a great way to release endorphins and leave you with a clean, soothing feeling. Don't go to a massage therapist more than once a month, unless you can afford it. Ask a spouse or family member to give you a two hour rub down and help them out around the house or perform little acts of service in return for their loving kindness to you.
Drain your Calcium Deposits! A lot of the time, there will be a combination of liquid and hard calcium in calcium deposits resulting from Dermatomyositis. This disease can take quite a toll on your system, so be sure and take any opportunity you can to dig that calcium out of there! If some liquid calcium is near the surface of the skin, disinfect a needle with some alcohol and drain that calcium out of you! This is very important. Your poor body is trying it's best to eliminate everything, so give it a hand by rubbing calcium that is far below the surface really hard to break it down, and by draining out (or picking out) calcium which is near the surface.
I'm sorry if you have calcium deposits. It's a drag, and I would know. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Also, read other articles which I have posted on AssociatedContent.com about Dermatomyositis and calcium deposits. Feel better soon!
