Feeling of despair
is what is in my mind
I hate the way it makes me feel
it's bad and not very kind
is what is in my mind
I hate the way it makes me feel
it's bad and not very kind
The deep, dark pit I am falling
way down to the depths of madness
don't want to be around anyone
can't help but feel anxious
Keep on moving, keep trying
to bring myself back to reality
have to come back to life
no room for feeling desparity

yep you have to get back to normal
I love this one Dina...I feel that same exact way oftentimes.
I've fought this a lot Dina. When I feel the slide start, I get out. Of the house. Go where there are people. Do something physically hard. Anything to nip it in the bud. But more importantly, pray. God lift this! I'll pray for you now.
Dina, this is the after holidays blues. You need some sunlight or Vitamin D. That kid loves and needs you, so please cheer up!! We love you!!!
Dina start writing letters of love to your son. Things will get better. Theresa is right, God is there for you.
I think we can all relate to this from time to time.
I've had those feelings myself. You're definitely not alone. The sun will shine for you again. :)
It could be holiday let down ...hang in there...this past year has been hard on many of us.
