OCTOBER 22
This episode starts out with Mary Alice's usual voice over intro and this time she's discussing sabotage. The voice over ends with Bree walking into the lobby of a crappy motel office. She asks for a man named Falati, who we know as her daughter's history teacher. She tells the motel manager that she would like to walk into his room unannounced to which he just laughs. She then lets him know that the girl the teacher is with is her 17-year-old daughter. The manager takes Bree to Falati's room after she agrees there will be no violence and she won't get blood on the new carpet. She bursts in discovering the pair. She leaves, commenting to the manager the carpet "is lovely."
Mary Alice then does another voiceover about how family dinners have become unimportant. Scenes are shown of each house, where TV dinners are being heated up by Carlos, Julie, and one of Lynette's boys who's picking his nose. It ends with the viewer being back at the Hodge household, the only home where dinner is still a family affair and "attendance is mandatory". Danielle is not eating and after her brother makes a comment about her liking "old goat" instead of lamb, she has an outburst about her life being over because of what Bree did. Orson says he agrees with his wife and points out that the teacher is married, although Danielle adds he is getting a divorce. As the conversation escalates, Danielle yells that she hates everyone and throws her dinner plate against the wall. Bree tells Orson to remind her to get paper plates for Danielle next time, to which the girl screams and leaves the room.
We are then taken to the kitchen of Lynette and Tom, where Tom is making pizza. Lynette comes in, apparently from work, and Tom tells her that they are celebrating her being the greatest wife. He tells Lynette he has decided what to do with his career and she is excited to her what it is. She takes a bite of the pizza as he announces he wants to open a pizza parlor and she is taken aback. Clearly she does not like the idea, you can see on her face as he explains the idea. She pops open another bottle of wine, even though the other is not empty and claims it's because they are celebrating.
Next is the home of Carlos and Gaby where Carlos is lighting candles and wearing a silk robe. Gaby starts telling him that she will not be seduced and just because they are living together until the divorce is final, it doesn't mean anything will happen. She turns and walks into the bathroom, screaming when she finds a girl in the bubble filled tub. Carlos introduces the girl but fakes that he forgets Gaby's name. She leaves in a huff.
The next scene starts with Mike in the hospital and Susan talking to him about wanting to help him with his memory using music. Mike looks annoyed. She pops in a cd and tells him about their date when they danced to the music. She starts dancing and singing. He is frustrated and makes her stop saying he is tired.
We are then in the town's police station. A man tells the black detective we usually see about the phone number he thinks is written on the hand of the dead girl they found.
There is a short scene where Bree tells Orson about being snubbed at their club. A crash is heard in the background. Bree asks Andrew to investigate. He finds his sister in the tub with a slit on her wrist and an open pill bottle. Seeing she is faking this for attention he just states that he will tell their mother. Back down stairs Andrew says tries to tell Bree but she tells him not to interrupt her. When she is finished Andrew says "Danielle is upstairs trying to commit suicide." Both Bree and Orson seem indifferent until it actually hits them. As they run upstairs Andrew adds not to rush because "she's not trying that hard".

Bree and Andrew are in a hospital waiting room. Bree asks him why he's not upset and he tells her Danielle was trying to cut herself with a spoon. The doctor comes out and says she is pretty much fine and they're going to release her that night. After he leaves, Bree continues to try to convince Andrew of the seriousness of this and Orson flips out about suicide being "the worst thing that can happen to a family." This makes me wonder about him and his dead wife. She says the whole family should go with Danielle to counseling.
Nora watches the other wives out on the porch, who are talking and drinking iced tea. They are talking to Lynette about Tom's pizza idea and how it is not a good idea. She comes out and asks to talk to Lynette. She tells her Tom's idea sucks and that she should "nip it in the bud".
Julie and her friend are approached by Edie's nephew, who offers Julie flowers. Julie's friend clearly is attracted to him, but he ignores her asking Julie if she would tutor him.
Susan arrives at the hospital with some mac and cheese for Mike. She sees Edie and the nurse tells her Edie's been there everyday since Mike woke up. She tells Edie that it's her fault Mike's been cold to her. Susan freaks out when the nurse calls Edie Mike's girlfriend and she is escorted from the hospital by a big security officer.

The Hodge family is at their counseling session. It seems like it might be going ok until Bree tells Danielle she would never want to lose her. Danielle says that makes her feel powerful. She tells the family she will keep seeing the teacher and they better not try and stop her.
Julie and Austin are in Julie's room. She is trying to help him write a paper. He pulls out a beer and she reprimands him. He then tells her a sob story about his life and his time in juvenile hall. She offers to write "a page or two" for him.
Gaby is on the couch putting makeup on. Carlos comes in and tells her he knows he crossed the line bringing that girl home. He says he was just trying to make her jealous. She says the only reason to introduce her to someone's he's about to have sex with is pure hatred. She then introduces him to a guy named Phil and says they are getting in the hot tub.
Lynette tells Tom about her catering idea. She says people will talk if they love it and five years later he can open the pizza place. He argues and she blurts out that he is going to fail. He gets upset and sad because she won't support him and leaves.
Gaby and Phil come back inside in robes. Carlos gets mad and leaves the area. Gaby grabs Phil and they run upstairs. She pushes the bed against the wall rocking it back and forth, yelling as if she and Phil are having sex. She tells Phil he's not getting any and that she was just using him to make Carlos jealous. He leaves in a huff. Carlos, mad with the sex, has moved to the porch. Phil passes him on his way out saying Gaby is blocking his car. Carlos offers to move it for him but when he opens the house door he hears Gaby still yelling and banging the bed. We see her reading a magazine while faking this as Carlos walks in behind her. She tells him she needs him to give up on her but he says he can take anything she can dish out. He offers to make her breakfast in bed.
Julie finds her friend making out with Austin in a car. She gets mad and goes back in her house. She tells her mom to give up on Mike.
Carlos takes breakfast up to Gaby. He finds her in bed with another guy. She says she went to a bar last night and picked him up. She asks if she has hurt him enough now.

Susan goes back to the hospital and takes Mike outside and gets a man to put him in a van. Security comes out just as they are escaping.
Bree goes to Mr. Falati's apartment. She gives him a bunch of Danielle's clothes and says he has her blessing since he claims to love Danielle. He tells Bree that things are getting "complicated" and asks her to dump her for him. She says he will do it himself and not mention she was there.
Susan takes Mike on a tour of Wisteria Lane talking about their past. He can't remember her. She trips on a curb and he seems to remember she is clumsy. They start to talk about Ian when a hospital van pulls up and the nurse and Edie take him back. Edie tells Susan Mike is hers now and Susan says she is evil.
Back in the police station, the man from before finally has the phone number from the girl's hand. He and the detective call it and Mike's plumber answering machine answers.
Austin shows Julie his paper. He got a D. He asks her what is up and she says that she decided she should put the paper in his own words. He apparently didn't even read it before he turned it in.
Danielle comes in the Hodge kitchen where Bree and Orson are cooking. She tells them that the teacher broke up with her because she was complicating his divorce. She then says that she went to the school and got him fired. Then when he called to yell at her, she recorded the call and sent it to his wife.
Tom is dropping Kayla off at Nora's. She asks him if he's opening a pizza place. She says his eating his pizza is like dying and going to heaven. She adds that Lynette is being mean and that she supports him. Mary Alice's voice comes on, talking about sabotage again. Kayla says she wishes daddy lived there so he could tuck her in. Nora says she is working on it. She is clearly twisting this situation to her advantage.
This was a great episode. There were several good jokes and funny lines. I love the whole thing with Danielle and her teacher. Also, I bet Julie and Austin end up together, she seems to be fighting a crush on him by being mean. Plus what is up with Mike and the dead girl? Did they know each other somehow or did she just need a plumber? Nora is mean and sneaky and I don't like her. I feel bad for Susan because Edie is stealing Mike, but she did sleep with Ian, so that's not cool either.
