1) Consume low calorie and nutritious meals: you should be eating vegetables and fruits since they are low in calorie, taste great, are a source of fiber, and are good for you.
There are many vegetables and fruits that provide you with negative calories. This means it takes your body longer to digest them then what your body will get in return. This turns your body into a sort of fat burning machine, helping you quickly lose weight.
2) Burn more calories than what you consume: The calories your body doesn't burn turns to fat over time as your body wishes to store them for use in the future. Thus you are better off in the long run to burn off those calories. If you burn more calories than you eat, your body will start to burn your stored fat. Staying active will help you drop the pounds more quickly.
3) Find similar likeminded friends: if you're desperate to lose weight quickly, it's probably a good idea to make some friends that have similar goals. That way, you can keep each other motivated.
Thus, as you can see, if you're desperate to lose weight quickly, you don't need to take extreme measures to lose the pounds. Always take a sensible approach, and you and your body will thank you for it.
