Puerto Rico is one of the world's favorite travel destinations. As such, it promises to have much to do to travelers who seem very demanding that the country deliver on what it offers. Great travel destinations are not just made up of great nightlife, excellent golf course and tennis options, and sweet looking beaches. It must have some more to keep people occupied. As such, the island of Puerto Rico is often noted by travel experts as having some of the nicest natural attractions in the entire Caribbean area. These attractions need no help from man to be great. In their natural and uninhibited form, the natural attractions of Puerto Rico are all apart of the draw.

El Yunque is popular among tourists of all ages and is easily one of the most popular spots in all of Puerto Rico. While it does not seem to rain much on the beaches of the country, this area receives its fair share of wetness. Here, one will find a trail that can be walked through some of the coolest natural areas known to man. Large waterfalls and rock coves are apart of the attraction here. Beautiful flowers and tropical trees are staples of the establishment in Puerto Rico's most popular natural attraction. The wildlife is also not shy to show itself in this area.

Rio Camuy Caves is also a very popular attraction with many tourists. While it is a long way from the capital city of San Juan, the country offers some transportation that will get you here on time. Located at the mouth of the Clara Cave, this sinkhole is unique to Puerto Rico and is something that folks traveling from Europe or the United States will never see in their native lands. This place is a little bit out of the way, but as the country's top natural playground, it is well worth the trip.

The natural attractions in Puerto Rico are some the best things to see and are a welcome change of pace for many travelers. Do not be fooled by the apparent stigma of these beautiful places, they can be every bit as entertaining as the entertainment spots in the country including the nightlife and dining locations. If you are looking to have a great time in a paradise untouched by the hand of man, head to El Yunque or Rio Camuy Caves and enjoy a great time.
