Diabetic friendly Frozen Popsicles
Ingredients
2 packets of artificial sweetener of your choice
1 cup of water
1 cup of Lemon juice
4 cups of cold water (to dilute)
Method
1. Dissolve the artificial sweetener into the water
2. Extract the juice from 5 to 6 lemons depending on size to give 1 cup of Lemon juice
3. Combine everything together and taste. Make sure it is not too sour or sweet.
4. Pour into home made Popsicle molds or pour into paper cups and insert Popsicle sticks and freeze.
