Try diagnosing yourself. You can do a few simple things in order to figure out what foods may be bothering you or what is giving you that headache everyday. The key to being able to diagnose yourself is to record, for a certain length of time, everything you eat or drink and medicines or supplements you take and how you are feeling. It's also helpful to record your sleeping times and make sure you write whether you feel rested or not. If you want to be really accurate in your recordings, take your temperature and blood pressure every morning before you start moving around. Also you can test your sugar to make sure you are in the normal range. These things could help you figure out if something more serious is going on in your body, in which case you would need to visit your doctor right away. Some people may need a year to figure out what is going on in their body but most of us will probably just need a month or two.
Start your first week by recording everything you eat or drink, the pills you take and what time you take them each day. Next to each entry record how your body is feeling. Do you have any pain? Is your stomach upset? Are you having heartburn? Once you've done that look at what is going on everyday for that first week. Is something way off in your day to day routine? Are you taking your medicine at different times everyday? Is the same food making you feel sick every time you eat it? These patterns can help you identify what is causing the pain in your body or any other strange feelings you may be experiencing.
For your second week and the following weeks you continue to record yourself, start eliminating the problems. If you get a headache at the same time everyday, look at your entries and see what you ate or took or didn't eat or take the 2or 3 hours before you got the headache. If you get one every morning, start taking your temperature every morning and every day to see if it's higher in the morning than it is during the day. Something you take could be causing your temperature to rise which could be causing your headache. Or drinking caffeine at night could be leading to your headache in the morning. You know your body better than anyone, pay attention to how everything is affecting your body.
On-line health sites can be beneficial with helping you figure out what may be wrong with you. My favorite one to use is WebMD. There are many articles and helpful tools for many different illnesses, diseases or common problems that can help you further diagnose yourself.
There are many natural remedies for common problems that people face everyday. From digestive problems to depression you can find natural ways to cure yourself and not have to live with the same problems everyday that just wont go away. There are on-line resources you can use to find natural cures or you can visit your local all natural health store and talk to them. If they can't give you the answers you need they will know someone who can or where you can find your answers.
Monitoring yourself for a couple of months could help you fix problems that have been haunting you for weeks, months or even years. If there are things that are bothering you after you've done what you feel is all the altering you can do to your every day routine, then go to the doctor, but make sure you take your weeks worth of records with you. The doctors may be able to spot something right away that is the cause to your problems. If they can't find it right away it will at least help them to narrow down what the causes could be. If you don't want to take a medication for your problem, tell your doctor. He will either help you find the all natural solution or find an all natural specialist for you.
