Dial Complete Antibacterial Foaming Handwash is the Best of Its Kind on the Market Today

A Product Review

Charlotte Kuchinsky
I admit it. I am one of those people hooked on antibacterial products. Despite all the disclaimers that they don't work or do more harm than good by making bacteria more resistant, I still buy them. Perhaps it is because I think a little extra protection can't be bad.

When it comes to antibacterial hand soap, Dial Complete Antibacterial Foaming Handwash is my all-time favorite. I love how it foams right out of the bottle in a light, wispy cloud. I also appreciate that it is gentle on the hands.

Beyond that, I like knowing that Dial's luscious foam is more effective in killing germs than that of many standard antibacterial hand soaps. In fact, it promises to kill almost 100% of the germs and bacteria that routinely lodge themselves in the hands. That includes some heavy-duty bad guys including e-coli, salmonella, staph and strep.

More than that; however, Dial Complete is also antimicrobial, killing bacteria and yeast at a level that many such products cannot claim. Because it exceeds the established FDA standards, Dial Complete has been found almost as effective as the products typically used in clinics, doctor's offices and hospitals.

Another bonus lies in this handwash's easy rinse factor. Some antibacterial soap is so thick that the product clings to the hands. That, in turn, means it takes a lot of water to rinse it off. In comparison, Dial Complete's ultra-soft foam rinses away in a breeze, leaving hands clean and soft in the process.

For its cleaning power alone, I give Dial Complete 5 out of 5 stars. I consider it to be the best product of its kind on the market today.

I also love that Dial Complete Antibacterial Foaming Handwash comes in its own easy to use dispenser that can fit into almost any type of decor. The bottle itself is clear, while the scent of soap chosen determines the color of the handwash itself. The bottle is attractive in a modified triangular shape. It measures approximately 7.5" in height and is 3" in width at the widest point. That is small enough to fit right on the bathroom or kitchen sink.

I love that the Dial name is embossed on the front of the bottle but kept completely clear too. Once again, that helps the product meet just about any decorative need without standing out like a sore thumb. It gets 5 out 5 stars for a great design.

Dispensing the soap is easy. Gently push down on the top to receive just the right amount of foam dispensed quickly. All that is left to do is wash and rinse.

Dial Complete's dispenser is topnotch. Even my grandchildren can use it. I give it another 5 out of 5 stars.

There are lots of lovely scents to choose from in Dial Complete Antibacterial Foaming Handwash. They include:

Clear Citrus, done in a golden color, possesses a formula that contains lotion. It leaves skin clean, clear and soft;

Cool Plum, done in a rich berry color, lathers beautifully, rinses easily; and leaves a rich plum scent on the skin;

Cranberry, done in red, is enriched with antioxidants that make the skin look and feel younger;

Fresh Pear, done in spring green, is also lotion enriched with a sweet smelling aroma;

Original Scent, done in blue, smells as clean as it actually is; and

White Tea (clear) uses the rich antioxidants of tea to soothe and soften the roughest hands.

No matter the variety chosen, Dial Complete Antibacterial Foaming Handwash possesses a gentle scent that is never harsh to the nose or harmful to delicate skin. For that it deserves another 5 stars out of 5.

That is 20 out of 20 stars for the highest rating I can give a product. This one definitely deserves it!

For Dial Complete Antibacterial Foaming Handwash to be effective, it is important to wash hands correctly. Dispense the foam into the palm of the hand. Rub it in vigorously up to the wrist. Be sure to work the lather completely into the skin.

Next, let the soap sit in place for a few seconds to allow the antibacterial agent to do is job. Then rinse and pat dry. That's all there is to it.

Be sure to avoid getting Dial Complete into the eyes. If that inadvertently occurs, rinse with flush the eye with cold water until the sting goes away. If it continues to sting after flushing, contact a physician as quickly as possible.

    I understand that quite a number of you use the dial complete hand soap because you feel that it an extra layer of protection, but what about the fact that the use of triclosan can increase your risk of getting cancer or that Dial does not have any evidence that the use of their anti-bacterial hand soap is more effective in killing bacteria than ordinary hand soap.
