Ever since Alberto Del Rio arrived in the WWE he claimed that it was his 'DESTINY' to become World Heavyweight Champion. Del Rio partly fulfilled his 'DESTINY' when he won the 2011 Royal Rumble earning himself a Championship Match at WrestleMania XXVII. Del Rio choose to face Edge at WrestleMania XXVII for the World Heavyweight Championship. Despite having 'DESTINY' on his side Del Rio was unable to pick up the victory over Edge. This did not stop Del Rio from fulfilling his 'DESTINY' as he become the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship. Del Rio was set to face Edge at Extreme Rules. Until Edge was forced to retire due to an injury. With Edge out of the picture it looked like Del Rio would have no problem fulfilling his 'DESTINY'. That was until Christian took Edge's place at Extreme Rules. Del Rio may have had 'DESTINY' on his side at Extreme Rules but Christian had Edge. Edge's assistance allowed Christian to defeat Del Rio and win his first World Heavyweight Championship.
One week before competing at Extreme Rules, Del Rio was drafted to Raw. Since Del Rio was unable to fulfill his 'DESTINY' at Extreme Rules he brought it with him to Raw. Now that Del Rio was competing on Raw his new 'DESTINY' was to become the WWE Champion. The easiest way for Del Rio to launch himself into the WWE Championship picture was win Raw's Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Del Rio did just that, earning himself the Money In The Bank Briefcase. The Briefcase contained a contract for a WWE Championship Match, a Match that could take place any where at any time. Del Rio wasted little time trying to cash in his Money In The Bank Briefcase. Del Rio's first attempt came later that night. Before Del Rio could cash in his Briefcase, CM Punk laid him out and escaped through the crowd. Del Rio would try again a few weeks later but Rey Mysterio attacked Del Rio causing him to flea. Del Rio had to wait until SummerSlam when the perfect opportunity presented itself. CM Punk had just defeated John Cena to become the Undisputed WWE Champion. When all of a sudden Kevin Nash came running through the audience and into the ring to deliver a 'Jack Knife Power Bomb' to Punk. Del Rio took advantage of this opportunity and cashed in his Briefcase for a WWE Championship Match. Del Rio made quick work of Punk, allowing him to fulfill his 'DESTINY' and become the new WWE Champion.
Del Rio's reign as WWE Champion would not last long. At Night of Champions Del Rio defended his Championship against John Cena. Cena was able to defeat Del Rio and become the new WWE Champion. This ended Del Rio's reign as Champion at 36 days.
36 days is not a long time as Champion considering everything Del Rio has accomplished up to this point. For that reason Del Rio has lost some of his credibility. Del Rio has not lost all credibility because the WWE can not take away his win at the Royal Rumble or Money In The Bank; However, his short reign as Champion does make those wins seem less impressive.

Repeated visit my friend.
It does make you wonder.
I agree with Zachary. I hope they are not doing this like the wrestling leagues do...all for show and ratings. Good reporting.
:)
good work
Nice work.
Titles change hands too much these days. In fact I'd say the WWE and World Titles have lost credibility in the past few years.
