Did Casey Anthony Kill Her Child Caylee Anthony?
She say's that Caylee was kidnapped by a baby sitter, but over a month passed before authorities were notified of the 2 year old child's disappearance.
The evidence against the young Florida women is pretty abundant, but is it enough to get a conviction?
Caylee was buried in a laundry bag and had silver duct tape around her mouth, according to the investigative documents. Evidence found in the trunk of Casey's car shows that a decomposing body had been there. The evidence also revealed traces of chloroform in the trunk of Casey's car.
A former boyfriend, Ricardo Morales, told investigaters
that Casey Anthony had joked about giving Caylee" baby medicine" to put her to sleep.
Caylee was buried in a laundry bag and had silver duct tape around her mouth, and was placed Inside of a plastic bag, according to the investigative documents. Documents released in February 2009 by the State Attorney's Office in Orlando, Florida show the same type of laundry bag and plastic bag discovered at the crime scene also were found in the Grandparents house where Caylee lived. The duct tape is also the same as that found at the Grandparents home. the evidence just keeps coming and none of the Anthony family can come up with a rational explanation for any of it . Casey has been caught in a web of lies since the onset of the investigation.
Pictures of Casey out partying while her daughter was missing are pretty provocative and jail house audio/video recordings of conversations she had during visits with her family cause this young woman to appear totally unconcerned with the loss of her daughter.
Text mails sent by Casey seem to show that the young Mother felt the child was interfering with her life and and she just wanted to party and not be be tied down by a child. As more and more is revealed, things are not looking good for Casey Anthony.
Casey has been charged with the homicide of her 2 year old daughter and is scheduled for trial in the fall of 2009. April 13 2009 the Orange county Florida prosecutor filed intent to seek the death penalty.

Post a CommentI wonder if caylee may have been left in the car. Just a few minutes in a car with the heat in june could kill a child. I think George does know more then he lets on. I believe that caylees death was an accident and casey young stupid, too many theories without evidence. Maybe she is covering up for george. He was up with caylee, all evidence ties to the anthony home. I mean why would the mother kill the child, come home to get duct tape, and bags. Today everyone carries a torch to burn this girl at the stake, but should she really be put to death when everyone is still guessing about what may have happened. things aren't always how they seem

I think this defense is going to go with accident... which will be a hard sell... after they have accused.. the nanny, meter reader, tes searchers (body wasn't there), on and on... who sits in jail 3 years for an accident... the defense has spent alot of fla state money investigating people ... now she wants to go with accident... she needs to beg for mercy from the court.. jmo... otherwise with people feeling about her and her parents inflaming the public every chance they get.. this women will end up on death row... jmo
What if she went on vacation . Droped her kid off and the Zanny nanny. Zanny gave her to her fling the metter reader. After a few days she went to get her kid and she couldnt find her. She might have been wasted when she droped caylee off. Child neglect, absolutly. everything else....hmmmm? It is very strange that this Metter reader man just came across Caylee. He is someone I believe should be considered for the death of baby Caylee. I sure hope that Malory (or whatever Lee's girlfriends name is) ran for the hills or will run soon. She would be an idiot to marry into the Anthony family. Man Lee is more in love with CMA - unfortunately this is not Caylee - than he is with his girlfriend. Give Malory a Starbucks card...she needs more and stronger coffee to wake up. Man, I guess the murder didn't want to harm Casey's whole family. Casey sure did a good job protecting all of them. Got to hand it to her. Must be why G, C & L are so faithful to lie with Casey. I mean after all she spared their lives. Wow, such loyalty this family has. They must all be safe now...could it be because the killer is already in jail? Casey is such a true and brave soul. She sacrificed her beautiful daughter for the rest of her family. What a saint!
This story is about poor Caylee not Casey. George and Cindy need to take a better approach about focusing their attention on their grandchild. Caylee need recognition something her grandparents not given her. I thought they loved Caylee? What happened?
I am guessing that if Cindy, George and Lee took a different tact and wrote her off in the interest of justice for the baby, then maybe when she had no one supporting her but her flock of goofy lawyeres, she would crack. I could see her doing this, if only to inflict more pain upon her parents and brother by admitting she killed Caylee. She would think she was getting the ultimate revenge. I just can't understand how she can so firmly pin something on a babysitter, and when that scenario goes awry, come up another story, then another, and expect that anyone in the world would think she is innocent. She may be crazy like a fox, but she's dumb as a post.
