Did O.J. Simpson Really Get a Fair Trial?

Sunflower
The question over whether or not O.J. Simpson is guilty has been debated for over a decade. How can anyone say he got a fair trial? We've all known that's not true. There was no African Americans chosen for this jury, that fact right there is subject for an unfair jury. He could have never gotten a fair trial no matter what, because so many are still angry with him for being acquitted in 1995 for the Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman murders. Ron Goldman's father, and his daughter Kim Goldman, and also Nicole Simpson's sister Denise Brown have always been hoping he would either die, or get life in prison.

You have to ask: did O.J. Simpson really get a fair trial, when over half the world thinks he's guilty and should go to prison? They don't won't him to go to prison for his past charges for armed robbery and kidnapping; it's all about what he did in 1994 where Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman were slain. Even though they say it has nothing to do with the murderers, no one can seem to forget about it and so they always judge him to be guilty no matter what he does - he's guilty in their eyes. The whole thing was a set-up in the first place because everything just happenes to be recorded on audio, and videotape; go figure.

Fred Goldman and his daughter Kim Goldman, and Denise Brown, has been just waiting, watching, and hoping for years that he would get prison time or worse. They've been all over the news, Oprah, Dr. Phil, and other shows for years, telling everyone how they hope that S.O.B get what he deserve. So, You have to wonder, did O.J. Simpson really get a fair trial with the family and so many other against him. Fred Goldman, and his family has every right to be angry with him no doubt about that. But, by them being at this trial they shouldn't have been there at all because, that trial was not about them or what happen to Nicole and Ron Goldman, it's like they were just there to help convince the Judge of what he did in the past, this trial was about Robbery, and Kidnapping charges, it was inappropriate for them to be there, they were just there gloating, and hoping he would get time this time, which also had an affect on the jury, Which could have influence the judge decision a whole lot, looking out seeing them sobbing in the court room. So, you have to ask did O.J. Simpson really get a fair trial.

Everyone seems to have forgotten that during the trial in 1994 it was said that O.J. Simpson had walked in and found Nicole Brown Simpson, and Ron Goldman making love on the couch. So, If O.J. Simpson did kill them that would of been the reason because she was cheating on him. No one deserves that kind of brutal attack that ended in murder but you hear these kinds of things happening all the time. So, if he did do it, I think that was properly the real reason.

The whole thing is really sad because there's people out there who wants to see him pay no matter what the crime was. How much time did he really get? I heard 33 years 9 years 15 years the time just doesn't fit the crime because, he was trying to get something that belongs to him in which the police would have never helped him he said, it was a stupid thing for him to try to do something like that knowing what ever he did in the future would bring the past back to haunt him.

In this case he was still being judged by what happen so many years ago because, most people felt he got away with something, and the victims family wasn't going to rest until they seeks justice, that is understandable on their part. But, for the rest of the world did O.J. Simpson really get a fair trial? It doesn't look like it. O.J. was already convicted, and sentenced before the trial.

Gloria u are 100% correct in your comments. U hit the hammer on the head! Not only did they already convicted him (O.J.), look at Clarence (C.J.) Stewart, life taken from him, until they feel he gets it back! you tell me he's not the victim as well!
