Said the tea salesman.
Dollar signs appeared in his eyes. Make a good go of it sir,
Said the tea salesman.
What's getting stirred? The tea of course
To blend in the sweet.
Now who would have thought, that before the summer comes,
So many would be craving tea,
Before there's a need to chill a warm body,
Caused by the weather's heat?
Who's getting stirred? Politicians, they say,
For some reason. Some are getting jealous.
They're going to have a party and we're not?
I think not. Bring on the tea.
We'll show them, they're not the only ones,
That can party.
Who's going to benefit the most from these tea parties?
The tea salesmen of course, and without one dime spent.
They're getting free advertisement.
What a clever prank, they played?
They out smarted us all,and withheld their grin.
They can laugh on their way to the bank.
