Eating Plan and Supplements to Build Muscle Mass

A diet to build muscle mass can get just a little crazy. Atkins and the high protein. South beach diet. High fat and low carb. A eating plan for muscle mass needs to be easier. Supplements for muscle mass is just insane along with the money you could lose for that promise of muscle. Protein powder, amino acids, anti-estrogens, vasodilators, beta-alanine,GABA, HGH aids, liver care, vitamins c,d , and k, bcaas, and the like. A diet or a eating plan for muscle mass should not get this out of control. I bet Arthor Saxon did not have this problem. Eugene Sandow and George Jowett did not need to worry about, if their vasodilators were working. Louis Cyr was not looking for a low calorie protein powder. These are crazy products that pour the money out of your wallet not fat off of your body. Again look to the past for what works. What out there has stayed the test of time. What diet plan out their adds muscle. What supplements will work like they say. With the economy the way it is, do you think you need to spend money on a libido product. Do you really need banaba powder.

The diet plan for muscle mass, that will work like it is suppose to is not a plan or a diet scheme at all. Just change your mind set on what and how much to eat. What do you eat on a regular bases that will put muscle on your body. Protein. What do you eat that will give you energy to train, to put on that muscle. Calories. That is it. There is you eating plan or diet. That simple as far as what to eat. Protein and calories is were it is out. Lot at Dave Draper and Arnold. Reg Park and Lou. The bodybuilders of the past ate on high protein diets. The next thing we need to figure out is how much. You want to get big fast, then your protein intake needs to be two to three grams of protein per pound of body weight. On the calories, you need to be 25 to 35 calories per body of bodyweight. To figure out to work those figures into your day, just take final totals and divide between three or six , depending on how many times a day you eat, and that is the figures you shoot for every time you sit down to eat.

The supplements are real easy to figure out. You do not need them. Take a good vitamin and mineral supplement, good protein powder and fish oil. That's it. You do not need to spend your weeks pay check on supplements that may or may not work or work in the way in which you need them to. The guys in the past did not need them to develop muscle mass and neither do you. The guys in the magazines are not bigger than you do to the supplements that are avilable today. In the end it is the basics that work. High protein and calories. Basic food supplements. Basic exercises. More muscle mass.
