Diet and Exercise does not work harmonious together for participants to lose weight. This article is written from a personal opinionated viewpoint with no medical references. The weight loss business is a billion dollar business and most of the time the substance of selection is a pill or an easy way to lose weight other than diet and exercise. The purpose of this paper is not to exploit these suppliers who very well could be helping people lose weight. This paper is written because of the inability to take supplements that was causation of another way to lose weight other than diet and exercise.
So how do you lose weight without dieting and exercising which is supported by doctors across the country? You lose weight without dieting and exercising by watching the intake of calories. It is the garbage in and garbage out adage that can work for people as well as the term being used in computer lingo. Without even counting calories but being aware of what is consumed daily can help a person lose weight in a healthy manner.
For an example, everyone has seen the overweight person walking or jogging with the idea that he or she is losing weight because of the exercise. From a personal viewpoint, walking for an entire year and counting calories did not work. Put exercise on hole and make a concerted effort to remember the foods consumed everyday and start the path to weight loss.
There is no need to count calories. If a person who wants to lose weight cannot remember what they ate that day, then most likely they are over eating. Overeaters do not keep a track of what they are eating because their goal is to satisfy their palate instead of losing weight. But if one wants to lose weight then there is a need to remember what is consumed. The consumption does not have to be of just fruits and vegetables or even void of sodium. Most likely when one begins to concentrate on losing weight, they naturally will begin to eat healthier.
Most people got a clue on which foods are healthy and which foods are unhealthy. Taking in more of the healthy foods and being able to remember what is consumed is the first step in losing weight. Diet and exercising do not work because one cancels out the other. One who exercises a lot most likely will eat more because for most people physical activity makes them crave food more. One who diets most likely will not exercise because they think they don't have the energy to get mobile. Moderation is the key when wanting to incorporate dieting and exercising.
But for the most part just watching what is consumed on a daily basis and being able to remember what is consumed is the first step to losing weight. There is no need to shout out to the world that one is trying to lose weight with publically walking outside for an example. Just watch what is consumed and make an effort to keep the calories between 800 and 1200 calories where it can be remembered without writing the foods down.
This paper is a personal viewpoint. Doctors advocate dieting and exercising but it is difficult when one seems to cancel out the other. Begin to be aware of what is consumed and keep up the regiment without incorporating exercising. Once the weight begins to drop off, then moderate exercise can be added to the weight loss regiment but not to an extreme.
