Dinner : Steak with salad and fruits
Day 2 : Breakfast : Tea or black coffee with no cream or sugar and a toast ( one piece of bread)
Lunch : Steak with salad and vagetables
Dinner : Boiled hams (as much as you want)
Day 3 : Breakfast : Tea or black coffee with no cream or sugar and 2 toast ( two pieces of bread)
Lunch : 2 boiled eggs with carrots and vagetables
Dinner : Boiled hams (as much as you want)
Day 4 : Breakfast : Tea or black coffee with no cream or sugar and a toast ( one piece of bread)
Lunch : 1 bolied egg with carrots
Dinner : Fruits and Yogurt ( natural)
Day 5 : Breakfast :Tea or black coffee with no cream or sugar
Lunch : Grilled fish with vagetable
Dinner : Steak with salad
Day 6 : Breakfast : Tea or black coffee with no cream or sugar
Lunch : Grilled chicken
Dinner : 2 boiled eggs with carrots
Day 7 : Breakfast : Unsweet lemon tea ( no sugar)
Lunch : All kind of fruits as much as you want
Dinner : ANYTHING you want ( free meal )
Day 8 start over from day 1, keep doing this for a month and you will find an uncredible result like i did> Remember that you can drink water as much as you want but NO soft drink or alcohols
