Union Scale Wages for Politicians?
What might an interview with a politician sound like?
How about union scale wages
For politicians?
How ridiculous,
What a horrible thought,
That's for civilians.
My fancy foot work
Is part of the trade,

Politicians and dancers
Both have feats,
To soothe your eyes
And various other needs.
What is a difference?
More song than dance
And
The fees required,
Must be stacked
Handsomely high.
Then placed in a paper sack.
Get under the table,
That's your next move,
As you reach
With an extended arm,
While dancing
To the right tune.
Dancing shoes
Are not required.
You hired
A lip specialist.
Unless you are fortunate
With a large coin purse.
Curses to you
And all the other pests.
If you can't pay the fiddlers,
We riddlers are busy
Catching up
On our well deserved rest.
